During your first visit we will go through an in depth consultation form which includes questions about your health, general wellbeing and any other questions regarding to why you would like acupuncture. All these questions help to determine a diagnosis and for me to plan the most effective treatment for you.

The needles will be left in for 25-30mins, during this time it gives you a chance to relax and have a sleep. Once the needles are in clients tend to fall asleep and feel relaxed after the treatment. Your treatment may just be acupuncture or it may include cupping or moxibustion along with acupuncture.
