There is a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your treatment within 48 hours you will be charged a 50% fee of the treatment if you reschedule your appointment within 30 days .  If you do not reschedule your appointment and cancel within 48 hours you will be charged the full fee of your treatment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appoinment you will be charged the full fee of the treatment. If you reschedule your appointment multiple times you will be charged the full fee of the treatment.

If you are a no show to your treatment slot you will be charged the full fee of the treatment.
