There are two types of cupping Charlotte offers oil and fire.
Oil cupping is when plastic cups are used to create a suction on the skin normally the back.
Fire cupping is when fire creates a vacuum inside the glass cup and is then placed on the skin.
Both cupping styles help encourage blood flow to the area.
The cups can either be static on the back or can slide from one place to another.
